• Impersonation or misuse of another user's identity.

6. Account Suspension

PromotionWale reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of their original content while granting the necessary usage rights required for approved campaigns.

8. Limitation of Liability

PromotionWale shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

9. Termination

Users may discontinue using the platform at any time. PromotionWale may terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
